About Message Boards

To the readers of this blog:

Please be warned that the contents of this blog are at the responsibility of my care. This means that it is my duty to ensure that all the contents are not abusive. No doubt, pupils are free to leave comments and chat with each other. However this DOES NOT INCLUDE HURLING ABUSES OR 'FLOODING' OF POINTLESS / USELESS MESSAGES!

A warning post has been posted by me BEFORE the offenders repeat their mistakes. What I find most apalling is that the offender dares to claim that no warning was given. This goes to show that the offender did not read the message board and was just there to flood.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

As such, the message board was taken down.

In view of the appeals made by EX-PUPILS OF P5 EXCELLENCE 2007, the message board will resume with effect from 23rd February 2008.

Hopefully this will give the offender sufficient time to think, reflect and REPENT!

Packing your Bags

I noticed that some of you are carrying very heavy bags or did not pack your bags (as seen from the undone homework and missing books). Thus I would like to take this chance to update everyone on the things that need to be brought to class daily.

General stuff

• 1 Handbook
• 1 file (to keep all your papers/worksheets/spelling list for just that day)
• 1 foolscap paper

English

• 1 Textbook
• 1 Workbook
• 1 EL Journal Exercise Book
• All my English Notes
• 1 Dictionary (only on Thursdays, but I do encourage you to have a small/mini handy one with you everyday so that you can check up words anytime)
• 1 Compo file (only on Thursdays)

Science

• 1 Textbook
• 1 Workbook

Math (Group M3 only)

• 1 Textbook
• 1 Workbook
• 1 Math Exercise Book

Health Ed, Music & Social Studies

• Nothing, as they are all in your class cupboard

Remember - packing your bags not only keep you organised, it also keeps your back healthy!

Leaving Comments

5 Excellence!

Allow me to explain again the purpose of leaving comments on the blog. You MAY leave comments that gives you the chance to:

• Express your thoughts and feelings regarding that specific blog posted.
• Ask questions and seek clarifications regarding that blog's topic.

It should NEVER EVER be used to do the following:

As mentioned in class. this is our first class website. It can be seen by the whole world on the Internet. The past few comments has been censored away by me because it does not meet the above conditions.

Class Rules

Remember this: Class rules are there for us to help each other to learn better in the classroom.

1. When the teacher speaks, everyone keeps quiet.

2. Raise your hand to ask for permission to speak.

3. Hand in your homework on time.

4. Do not move around unnecessarily in class.

5. No vulgarities in class.

6. Do your work quietly when there is no teacher in class.

7. No sweet drinks in class.
