A guy in an aeroplane stood up and shouted,"Hijack!"
All the passengers got scared and raised their hands.
At this moment, a guy from the other end of the plane shouted back,"Hi John!"
What can you do to 'prevent' the above misunderstanding? :)

Hijack means to seize (a vehicle) by force or threat of force.
